Trying to phone our local medical centre in Dural NSW is an impossible dream. For several months the wait time has been extending out and yesterday I gave up after 35 minutes. "Your call is important to us" it repeatedly bleats, along with all the other most boring pronouncements. Comments by staff suggest that they are very aware of the problem but cannot get "management" to address the issue. No doubt where "management" priorities are - their bank balance!The medical care is comprehensively excellent. "

FraudstersI was overseas and had to have a procedure done, they approved my claim, gave me a claim number, said it would be appreciated if I could pay and claim back as they were afraid they could not make the overseas payment on time.I stupidly agreed and paid nearly $2,700 and have been fighting them ever since because they have rejected my claim but will not tell me why.This is not Australian, I say do what you promise.This is not the first time, I have been unlucky enough to have two claims this year and both claims I had trouble.I would insure with someone else who pays when you have a claim, I thought that is what insurance was all about? "
