Extremely disappointed with the overall service. We only used the service for 3 days and during that time missed approx. 56 calls, at least 28 of these were incoming jobs that were not sent to us to attend. This has been detrimental to the level of service our clients expect, and some will no longer utilise our services.Feedback from our clients was;– Had to provide details several times which was frustrating– Unable to understand the person that answered the call- The afterhours service was in a “class of it’s own”– Extremely unhappy– Phoned 3 times and still no one showed up, have gone elsewhere– The phone line was very poor- The person answering the call could not pronounce our business name correctly.They tried to cover up the loss of jobs with the excuse of an 'IT ERROR', rather than an incompetence error. A service that operates 24 hours a day however they have no IT SUPPORT on a weekend is a baffling concept.We suggested we be compensated for the loss of business and reputation, but this is not being considered.
