Worked with James Crawford and his team for a period of around 2 months with around 6 weeks of active PR outreach. We achieved very little results and only one credible backlink from a mid sized media outlet. After a pause which was out of our control, we agreed to restart to end the initial 3 month period of work (i.e a further 6 weeks of work) despite the fact the results were very poor up until that stage. James then explained he feels we should extend for another 6 months. At this stage, our level of anxiety increased and we raised a request to stop further activity. James insisted that we must complete the initial contract of 3 months despite the fact we raised a dispute. At this stage we were £7000 out of pocket with very little to show for it. James offered to complete a further 4 weeks of work to complete the project for a further £3400. We did not feel this was an acceptable resolution given the fact he himself had said he doesn't feel that continuing for a month would yield results and we should extend for 6 (at a cost of over £20k). We naturally declined this resolution and since then PRagency one have relentlessly tried to recoup the monies and threatened legal action. "
