So we actually ended the campaign in a worse position than we started.We terminated the contract at the first possible opportunity (6 months and £12k+ spent).After complaining, we attended a campaign review meeting at the end of the six months, at the end of which one of their representatives suggested the single solution of pausing the work in case we wished to restart later. We did not.Many months later, we received an email from TheSeoWorks’ CEO, which we expected would be to apologise and to look to make up for the terrible results they had provided, on a complimentary basis.Instead, he asked that we remove our endorsement of Feather Flags Express’s review so it would not be so prominent when people searched for TheSeoWorks.We sent a detailed reply explaining the poor service we had received, and that we would not remove our review as a result.They failed to respond. "
