Zero stars is about right, but one is the minimum I'm allowed to award unfortunately. Why does the CEO (Simon) put himself as a new business contact? That's tin pot. He has no interest whatsoever in assisting or helping. Simon was incredibly off hand, rude in fact. I didn't think service this dreadful existed these days, but sadly I was wrong. What a terrible experience. The company website shows great work, but it’s impossible to get consistent responses from the owner. I sent my complete designs to the owner, Simon, had a follow up phone call that he initiated, and then chased him for months to try to get a quote from him. His excuse was that his suppliers were still away for Chinese New Year, and I was willing to be patient and wait to hear from him. But it’s now the end of March and I still haven’t heard from him, even after sending multiple follow up messages. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.
