I’m disappointed with my experience dealing with QAgency, particularly around communication and transparency regarding fees. I was already paying for an existing web hosting service while also being charged their separate website hosting/maintenance fee. As someone who is not very IT or social media savvy I feel this should have been clearly explained to me from the beginning. When I reached out to ask for clarification around the charges and services being provided, I struggled to get a response. Unfortunately the lack of communication and follow up left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. "
