Worked there for 15 years. Got laid off with no heads up cause they want to cut costs. I would NOT recommend getting a job there. "

Has favoritesOffers a 401k plan but don’t take it cause if you leave and want to take your money or roll it over into another account they won’t do anything. I’ve contacted Amy Gardner from blue ask multiple times and left voice mails and nothing. This place is anything but professional. They do not care about their workers or the hardships they’re in and may you go get a lawyer just to get your money which I haven’t gotten and been trying since 2023. I’ve called and emailed and even messaged on Facebook. This is another review of this incident cause I want the future employees to know and chose a different retirement plan so they aren’t screwed over later by rdi. "

In response to the negative review below, I want to provide a different perspective. My experience with RDI has been one of the best I have known in my 40+ years in the workforce. I am part of a group of individuals who are dedicated to providing a positive environment for the employees growth and development within the company. What was not mentioned in the previous review is that prior to any dismissal, employees are clearly directed on what conduct is appropriate and expected and if an infraction occurs, employees are provided the opportunity to correct any issues prior to dismissal. I have been with RDI for 2+ years and find myself consistently being thankful I found my way here. I strongly suggest to anyone who happens to be interested in finding exceptional employment, to seek RDI CORPORATION out first. You will not be disappointed! "

I'm compelled to share my experience with RDI, and it's not a positive one. I was recently let go from my position there, and I can say with certainty that it was one of the most unfair and unjust experiences I've had in my professional career.What's most disappointing is the lack of transparency and fairness in the termination process. Despite my dedication and hard work, I was abruptly dismissed without any clear reason or opportunity to address any perceived issues. The lack of communication from management was both shocking and unprofessional.It's disheartening to see a company disregard the well-being of its employees in such a callous manner. The way I was treated reflects poorly on the company's values and integrity. I expected better treatment from an organization I once believed in.To anyone considering employment with RDI, I urge you to proceed with caution. While my experience may be singular, it's indicative of a larger issue within the company's culture. Employees deserve respect, transparency, and fairness, none of which I received during my time there.In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend RDI to anyone seeking employment. My advice? Look elsewhere for a company that values its employees and treats them with the dignity and respect they deserve. "
