Not a good company to start or restart ur career. This company not good for any type of training paid or unpaid.HR misguided u alot before joining this company they told u to provide proper training but no experience was there to trained u or clear ur doubt's.Even if u start learning urself they don't motivate u they just demotivate u they want 100% output even they are not providing any training. They want u to become programmer in 15 days.They waist ur time also.Even when u left the company they do deductions in ur salary without any reason.I have taken half day leave and already inform before that.They deduct my salary. HR is not good dont trust her.Not good environment.Beware of these type of companies.To Hr Rudra IT,How u see me improvement without providing me any type of training I already told u my training was not completed i am fresher before interview i just know the basics of php and ur management giving me different tasks but i done all that task without any training myself ya my speed is slow because i have done myself only .Why u called me for an interview i told u everything before interview and even interview duration.Then also u hired me and i have all in written from ur side that i have 3 to 4 months training and if i am doing good u hire me otherwise not but suddenly in 20-25 days ur management and u said me that u have one week. This is ur company schedule .This is the way u demotivate people .This is my good will i have not taken any action against ur company and about holidays i never taken any holiday i have taken only short leave and inform u before that even though u deduct my salary.I never want to reach ur company.This experience for the viewers there are many companies like this they hire u waste ur time and demotivate alot but dont stop achieve ur goal.Right now i am in right place where i deserve to be.Just see to overhide my post they have reviews from there employees. "

He checks in with me every week but doesn't micromanage. He expects top performance but allows me a lot of flexibility in managing what my day looks like.
