I tried contacting the number they have listed here online and it directed me to the same individual 3 times whom is obviously “ working from home “ and doesn’t care about previous employees through this security service. I asked him a simple question about 2023 W-2 forms and he gave me a hotline number to call which didn’t give any information I needed for 2023 ! I called this number back where the same person answered and proceeded to have a nasty and vulgar attitude. Do better with hiring people ! "

Do not have anything negative to say,but I would like to know why myself and other previous Securitas employees W-2's are screwed up.I will be calling the Parsippany,NJ office in the morning to get some good answers,hopefully.All I would like and my fellow co-workers want is to be able to file our W-2's soon and not have to be delayed for a long period of time to receive new W-2's that have the correct information on them.I do live and work in Rochester,NY,but for another security company. "
