SEO Advantage

I post this review in support of the review posted by my business partner. We hired this company to provide professional SEO services to improve our website traffic, online visibility and organic search performance as per their contract. After red flags were appearing we commissioned an independent audit of their SEO work. The assessment done on our website was performed and confirmed very little work was performed and what was done was wholly insufficient and is NO reflection of the duration they had carriage of our SEO or the cost incurred by us close of $30,000. Yes $30,000!!!Our SEO rankings after some 7 months were nowhere, despite us arranging monthly meetings in our office with our only contact Paul De Matteo who told us just to be patient and stick the course (essentially keep paying your monthly SEO fee). Other staff from MW Homes were in the office at the time of these meetings so their position that we were happy with how things were going is completely false and can be confirmed by our staff. We requested the meetings in our office to discuss the appalling results month after month. If we were happy, those meetings would have be a phone call if at all rather than in person.When we alerted the company audit's findings we asked for a refund which was denied. We chose to try and resolve the issue with them by explaining the audits findings and obtain a refund. When they refused we felt like we had to post a review sharing our awful experience. In response they then cancelled our adwords without any notice leaving us with no advertising. Their contracts indicate they can cancel on you for any reason without warning so read carefully.To hide our reviews they have reported them to google to have them removed and also out of the blue have had 5-6 people leave them positive 5 star reviews in the last few days of ours appearing to push ours further down and out of sight. So BE WARNED.Legal action is now pending against SEO Advantage. It is no wonder people have so many bad experiences with SEO companies and are cautious to use them. Unfortunately for us we are dealing with this reality but morally and legally they will be held accountable.I encourage anyone else who has had similar experiences or been incentivised or too scared to leave a negative review to do so (their own staff have revealed this has been done previously). Otherwise this business will be able to do the exact same thing to another unsuspecting and trusting business/person. This is not a targeted campaign again SEO Advantage it is simply two business partners sharing their terrible experience which we are more than entitled to do.I, like SEO Advantage am happy to share my experience with anyone who contacts us if that should assist your decision making to engage this business. "
