Poor customer service. I had ask for an estimate and it has been over a week with no feed back. The company comes off as immature and doesn't seem like it takes its clients seriously. I talk with a competitor and got an estimate in 2 days and the competitor ask me the right questions and seem very interested. They are also in Bangkok.
