The Social Nerds

This was the first Google review that I posted:I have 2 more campaigns that I paid for that the Social Nerds have not posted. The last post was over a month ago and the communication platform that they used was down so they texted me the campaign to approve which I did about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have not received any communication back from them via text or email. I just tried calling the office and the phone number is not in service. As of now they owe me $2000 because they have not rendered the services I pre paid for and the company is apparently shut down.Social Nerds finally returned my email after I posted this. I made an agreement with them that they would continue to make posts for me for the next 90 days based off of what credit I had left with them and take down the negative review. That was back in February. Since that last communication they have not made one single post and I reached out to them on April 15th to see what was going on and no response. This is a horrible social media company when comes to communication and follow through. Their posts are sub par too. I would not use this company if you are thinking of using a social media company. "

It took me a while to settle on which company to hire, but I’m glad that I ultimately decided to go with these guys. The Social Nerds have been a phenomenal part of my company’s growth and success. We initially wanted SEO services for our website but ended up also getting them to handle our social media. Our account manager Amber and Tim were very engaging and the personal relationship management really helped inspire confidence. I would highly recommend them, because they are truly what they say they are! Absolute nerds! They really know what they’re talking about, and they deliver results! "

I only used a 1 star as there is no option for 0 stars. I reached out to this company to handle our social media only to be lead a months long journey with no direction. After agreeing to terminate the relationship Social Nerds agreed to refund a portion of our fee. Now it turns out they know how to play the credit card refund game. I agreed to allow them to refund me outside of our credit card company to help their "merchant reputation" only to find out that once I closed a credit card dispute I can no longer reopen it again ever. No they haven't refunded a single cent and I have no way of getting a refund. Do not use Social Nerds for anything. "
