They have way too many outages, internet failures, connections issues. Had all type of level technicians and not one successful solution. We have been customers for over 2 years now. I think it's time to look elsewhere. This is not as reliable as it used to be. Either fix it or loose customers! We always pay the full price for the month, so I expect to use it without issues for the whole month. "

I went to Spectrum to check on changing our phone service, the result of a good experience with their fixing some Internet problems. Brandon was the associate who helped us, and I am so glad he was there. Changing from our previous provider was complex, and since I have hearing issues, it was difficult to hear instructions. Brandon "listened" for me, walked through all the steps necessary, explained each step, and never made me feel rushed or patronized. I think that without his help, I would have given up and left with the same expensive service I walked in with. Thank you, Brandon, for your excellent help. "

I returned equipment and canceled service on 1st day of new billing cycle. The employee at this local store said company would not charge me for just 1 day or they might charge a pro rate bill. I called corporate and was told I owe the entire month. They want me to pay for service I never received. Please be aware this company is not reasonable nor fair. Now they have turned me over to a collection company. "

This place deserves zero stars. Been sitting and waiting 30 minutes there is a line of 7 people and the Hispanic lady working there allowed her friend/family to cut in line cause she was working with him earlier. They spent more time chitchatting instead of conducting a business transaction. Only thing I came in to do was return equipment. "

Worst service a company could offer! It is not worth the savings. I thought the online service was bad but going to the actual store is a joke. They have 2 workers and six people in line for help. Both workers were helping 1 customer and refused to open a second computer to help multiple customers. They did not even let me know you had to sign in when I entered. Thank goodness a customer waiting let me know. Moving back to Verizon!!! "
