Stitch PR & Communications is a journalist-led PR and strategic communications practice based in Bathurst, in the Central West of NSW, working nationally. Founded in 2017, Stitch turns local experts into national voices: it works with leaders, experts and founders across regional Australia, finds the story at the heart of their work, and carries it to the audiences that matter most.
Founder and Director Jessica Conway has worked across newsrooms, government and industry since 2010. She was a newsreader and reporter for Canberra's Capital Radio Network, a federal political reporter for the Fairfax Radio Network in the press gallery at Parliament House, and a journalist at Radio 2UE in Sydney. She then held communications roles at RSPCA NSW, the Department of Human Services (now Services Australia), the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and Painaustralia, and worked inside local government at Orange City Council. Every pitch is built around what editors and producers need, because she has sat on that side of the desk.
