Studio Graphene were selected to build a full eCommerce site and C2C Marketplace for our beauty business. The work delivered was 8 months late and completely substandard. The Marketplace was never launched due to the poor quality of the design, functionality and limitations of the plugins recommended. The Marketplace was never launched due to the poor quality of the design, functionality and limitations of the plugins recommended. The e-commerce site was delivered full of bugs, glitches and has the speed of a website from the 1990's. Utterly disappointed with the quality of the deliverables and we are currently taking legal action to recover the money paid for this project as they have accepted no responsibility for their failures.
