Vincent is Founder and CEO at Superbolt. Prior to founding Superbolt, he was Chief Marketing Officer of a fast-growing direct-to-consumer company. There he led a multidisciplinary team regrouping experts in marketing and media buying but also design, copywriting, front-end development and data.

Hernan is Head of Data at Superbolt. In his role, he develops Superbolts data infrastructure that enables our teams to deliver actionable insights based on prior data collected from growth marketing campaigns.

Peiying is Associate Partner - Head of Web at Superbolt. She is based in LA and leads our Web team composed of developers and UI/UX designers. She works in close collaboration with growth marketers on building full-funnel user experiences that maximize the performance of campaigns.

Alyssa is an Associate Partner at Superbolt and leads a team in our New York City office. She has worked at Superbolt for over four years.

Caroline is Managing Director, Creative. In her role she oversees the creative direction of Superbolt and how we adapt the brand vision of our clients in branded growth strategies. She oversees the design and copywriting teams and has worked at Superbolt for over three years.

Diya is Founder and Managing Partner at Superbolt. In this role, she supports team leads in building client strategies that deliver sustainable growth.

Will is a Senior Director at Superbolt and leads a team in our New York City office. He has worked for Superbolt for three years.

Julie is Head of Design. In her role, she leads a team of designers who develop launch and marketing strategy by creating paid ads, landing pages, direct mail, and email flows.
