We engaged Synditech for a networking project, expecting expert guidance and smooth execution. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The solution design lacked consultation, leading to delays and unnecessary costs. Basic networking tools were missing on installation day, and troubleshooting took longer than expected due to overlooked details. Configuration issues with VLANs and outdoor APs further disrupted operations. Post-installation support was minimal, leaving us to resolve key problems ourselves. While the team was responsive at times, overall execution and preparedness need improvement. Hope to see better planning and support in the future. "

Good, solid crew. I really appreciated the prep work they did in advance of dismantling our sever room, asked a lot of questions and left no stone unturned. The end result - the job was completed in half the time quoted and everything went off without a hitch. The only reason i took off a star was for billing/payment options as they dont accept credit cards which i found out after the job was done. Not a huge deal and they did end up making an exception but I just found it a bit inconvenient. All in all, I will hire them again. "
