TechCentera is a custom software and AI automation partner for mid-market businesses in the United States. We build and run the systems a company operates on: ERP and CRM platforms, warehouse and shipping systems, booking and reservation engines, e-commerce back offices, and the integrations between them, with payment gateways, carriers and the tools a team already uses.
 
We start with the process, not the technology. Before development begins we map how the work flows today, step by step, down to the exceptions, and only then decide what to build, what to automate and what to leave alone. In our experience, nine times out of ten a "we need AI" request is solved by a rule or an integration; where AI does earn its place, we build it with LangChain, LangGraph and n8n, inside the client's own systems.
 
Delivery is milestone-based, with a working demo at every stage. At handover the client owns everything: source code in a repository they control, infrastructure in accounts in their name, data in a database they own, and documentation that lets them run the system without us. No lock-in and no per-seat licence fees. Most clients keep us on after launch for new features, integrations and support; 98% have.
 
Founded in 2023, 40+ people, 50+ production systems. Our deepest experience is in logistics and e-commerce operations, including a multi-network freight warehouse in Miami handling more than 4,000 packages a month, and we work with any business whose operations have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected subscriptions.
