I originally came to The Designers Agency looking for a logo for my photo booth business. I was so impressed with the results that I also used them for creating the website for my startup! They were patient with working with me around my busy schedule and turned my vision into reality. My Project Manager, Edward was great at explaining the needs for a startup company and making sure I had everything I needed to ensure I had a professional and clean website. They are in fact running a scam. Really pushy to get payment up front. There are many other companies that are trustworthy. Their Trust Pilot reviews are fake. "

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of “The Designers Agency” this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider. I hired them on July 5, 2024, to design a website and logo for my business, and after six months, they failed to deliver anything remotely professional.Fake Staff & Misleading Practices:The entire team appears to be running a scam. They present themselves with generic names like Mark, Brandon, Ethan, and Edward, but it’s clear they are not who they claim to be. They all have thick accents and clearly fake personas, trying to create the illusion of professionalism. Their address is fake, and their glowing online reviews are undoubtedly fabricated. Nothing about their operation feels authentic.Incompetent Work:The quality of their work is absolutely subpar and unprofessional. The designs they sent me were amateur at best, nowhere near what they advertise on their website. It became increasingly clear that they don’t have the skills or expertise to fulfill their promises.Terrible Customer Service:When I requested a refund due to their failure to deliver, they started giving me the runaround. I was repeatedly told that the team was in “meetings” and that someone would get back to me. Days turned into weeks, and I never got a proper response or resolution. They’re simply not interested in fixing their mistakes or taking accountability for their poor work.Deceptive Sales Tactics:Their entire operation is built on selling a pipe dream of professionalism, but don’t fall for it. They lure you in with false promises and slick marketing but fail to deliver anything of value.Avoid Designers Agency at all costs. Their work is garbage, their staff is fake, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and find a legitimate agency to work with.I will be proceeding with a legal action against these scammers. "
