I know we've all heard the term "no dumb questions here" but in all honesty, that doesn't always ease the anxiety of asking a "dumb" question. Am I alone here?

I prefer to create a co-working atmosphere, where we are more like business partners discussing and dreaming about what could be. We lay it all out there. Bounce ideas back and forth. We problem solve the obstacles we can predict and work together on a solution.

I thrive in a messy, brain-dump type atmosphere. Many will tell you I'm kind of the queen of "clean up" when it comes to bringing an idea to life.
