The team at Torch is professional, creative, talented, and caring. We worked with us on our annual Spring fundraiser, which this year was fully online. The thing that impressed our whole team the most about Torch was their sensitivity and compassion toward the teen moms we work with. Matt interviewed five teen moms who attend Florence Crittenton Services with such kindness and care. He and his team were respectful of each girl's experiences, trauma, strengths, and achievements. They saw our moms as the multifaceted young women they are, and treated them as such. They provided nuanced and thoughtful creative feedback both on the spot during filming and as we worked through edits of individual videos. They created stories that highlighted the programs and staff at Florence Crittenton Services, and also focused on accomplishments and successes of the teen moms who come here.Matt and his team created all of the video assets for the evening, put the program together, and coordinated the launch of the program on our YouTube page. Everyone we worked with was professional, organized, and happy to go above and beyond for our nonprofit. They created incredibly professional videos.We cannot wait to work with the team at Torch again! "
