I hired Trusted Translations for a crucial USCIS interview, swayed by their good reviews, but it was a terrible mistake!I specifically requested an experienced interpreter, and Kevin assured me that the assigned interpreter, Dina, was qualified. This was completely false. She arrived unprepared at 6:58 AM, unaware of the office location despite receiving the address in advance, and lacked identification, which barred her from interpreting. Her poor English skills further made communication impossible. She left at 7:14 AM with NO SERVICE PROVIDED.This unprofessional service severely disrupted my critical interview, despite my clear instructions and willingness to pay for quality. After complaining, I was promised a refund post a 3-7 day investigation, but three days later, I’ve heard nothing. A refund won’t undo the damage caused by their incompetence and misrepresentation.I will update this review once the refund is processed. I’d give them -10 stars if possible. Avoid this company at all costs for any important interpretation needs!!! "
