this company was actually great to work with and Alex was a complete sweetheart . my only issue with the job was I do wish there was more work to do for the day (because sometimes they had enough workers for the day sometimes they didn't so work days in the week weren't consistent. however staff, co workers, work life balance everything else is a plus . I have zero negative things to say . I love it  "

Overall the team is very pleasant to work with, and we get some decent results.How we work with Voice Logic:We have Voice Logic perform follow up calls to some Direct Mail we send in advance to a very select group of businesses each week (usually 100). That list is pre-cleaned and vetted (clean lists generate better responses). The telemarketing team at Voice Logic then calls the prospect, mentions the letter we sent, and would then book appointments directly into my calendar with the businesses that express in interest in our services. If the information we have is inaccurate, they would notify us, and try and gather then correct information so that we can update our records)Like any telemarketing, it's always a good practice to have some of the phone call recordings sent to you weekly to confirm you are being represented the way you'd like, and Voice Logic has been able to accommodate that. (some jurisdictions do not allow one party consent, and in those you would not be able to get recordings)Overall Voice Logic has been a good partner to work with, adjusted their agents based on our feedback, and are able to get us the leads we were looking for. "
