We begin with a fixed-scope, fixed-fee AI opportunity assessment, usually about three weeks, that hands back a scored roadmap of exactly where AI creates leverage in your operation and where it does not. From there we build: custom AI agents, document intelligence, voice AI, and workflow automation, delivered in short sprints with working software at every checkpoint. And we train your people to use these tools in their real day-to-day work through the Applied AI Leadership Cohort and hands-on workshops.
