Witty Cookie was the first marketing firm I ever hired for my small business. They mistakenly made themselves Owner instead of a Manager of my Google My Business Account. The only way to reclaim ownership is for them to transfer ownership to me. Google will not do it for me. I have emailed and called WC multiple times with no response. I hope this review prompts a response and return of ownership of my intellectual property ASAP. "
