My husband and I were the only customers in the store at the time (6/19/26) and the woman at the register never looked up from her phone to greet us or offer assistance. We were completely ignored. Ultimately we left without getting anything which was a shame. Some basic hospitality would go far here. "

I’ve been a customer here for my own dog and have always enjoyed shopping at this store, which made today’s experience especially disappointing. I stopped in today, April 17 with my foster dog, and the woman working was noticeably rude and unwelcoming toward us.She was very attentive and friendly with other shoppers—greeting them warmly, offering treats to their dogs, and even helping hold items at the counter for them. Meanwhile, my dog and I were completely ignored until the store had emptied, and only then did she briefly say, “Let me know if I can help you.”I was carrying several items and noticed she had offered much better service to others, but it was clear she did not want us there. The difference in treatment felt obvious and uncomfortable enough that I put everything back and left without purchasing anything.As someone who has supported this business before, it was really disappointing to feel so unwelcome, especially when bringing in a foster dog who deserves kindness too. "
