Our journey began in 2006 when Tj McClearin, the creator of our company, realized how difficult it was for businesses to locate trustworthy technical support from experts. We recognized that the majority of businesses required more senior IT specialists at a cost that would not jeopardize their operations. Even so, tiny firms could not survive if their IT was handled by the kid down the street who was just starting out or by a team member with sufficient knowledge.
