I just had my first video created by Vidpros. This is a legitimately great service.I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to working with an outsourced service. I am always fearful that I will spend more time explaining, training, overviewing what I am trying to accomplish than just doing it myself.This was not the case with Vidpros. I uploaded some of my collaterals to the Vidpro Dashboard, went to bed, and the next morning I had a highly produced video.The benefits-1 this end product was much better then I could have created on my own2 Jebie, my editor/producer, intuitively knew what i wanted without having to spend a ton of time coaching and directing him3 the quality was excellent, I only had 3 edits4 the quick turn around time was appreciated.

We have been working with Vidpros now for almost six months. We love our editor and now that our process is fine-tuned, we are able to produce high-quality videos that have a chance to break through in the noise of YouTube. If you are considering Vidpros, I recommend reaching out to them a testing the service for a month to see if it works for you. For us it did! :)

I can't even count the amount of hours I've saved since working with Vidpros! I absolutely love our editor, Carla! I'll send her an example of how we want the video to look and she'll model the example perfectly! She's super timely and will literally have a video done overnight-- they're not lying! If you want to operate in your zone of genius and delegate video editing, I 100% recommend Vidpros! (And yes, I looked at all their competitors before investing, lol)

Third class service, took a cloud service product from them , neither they pick call nor provide any support and the cloud service automatically freezes after 2-3 months even if the payment has been made for an year , every time i want to use the cloud service i need to call them as its never working and they never picked call . I would never recommend to anyone. Plz don't use any of their servicesI preferred changing my vendor even though i had to pay the amount again . This company was even not available for the smooth transition to handover things to the next vendorTo pathetic experienceThis is not how business works by just taking money and not even delivering the service
