I can't say enough to recommend Andrew Bowen and his design team at Unbox. Unbox has been our exclusive design and development partner for a complicated, multi-year hardware project after having started the project elsewhere. Andrew is not only an exceptionally talented and creative designer, but also an extremely effective project manager. He has competently and efficiently steered us through the design for manufacturing process and met each occasional and inevitable hardware hiccup with solutions that are both ingenious and cost-effective. The team at Unbox just will not stop until they have the solution you need! With Unbox, you get the personal touch and attention to detail of a small team with the capabilities and know how of a larger firm. These include deep contacts with overseas manufacturing, part sourcing, prototyping and oversight of various engineering disciplines. Our project required specialized knowledge in fluidics, electrical engineering, and firmware development, among others- all managed by the team at Unbox. What I admire most about Unbox is how personally involved they are- Andrew and his team treat your baby like their own and are incredible stewards of your finances. I have just received a call from this company from their HR named Jessica Irfan. Really rude to speak with and doesn't have the sense to talk to a candidate in a professional manner for a job interview. Hence, she called and was just racing through the call so she can just hang up. When she asked me to tell about my self, I started off and after a few seconds she cut me off by saying "okay now tell me what's your salary" I was flattered to know how unprofessional that was. When I replied to her answer regarding my pay. She than quickly said "OKAY WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU BYE!!"If you don't wanna hire a candidate or don't find them suitable due to their higher pay, you can respectfully say our salary bracket is this this and I'm sorry but we can't meet your expectations.This was like one of the most unprofessional calls I've ever received from an HR. HR accocaites are the face of the company and there actions reflect on the company's external image.Really shocked to know attitudes like this exist in today's corporate offices.
