- Project Brief: Redesign Rydeon's cycling app to simplify performance tracking with intuitive navigation, clear data visualization, and a streamlined user experience for active riders.
A sports and leisure app for cyclists lives or dies on how fast a rider can read it mid-ride. Rydeon's redesign treats that as the core problem.
Most fitness apps bury the important number under menus. Rydeon puts key metrics up top and pushes secondary data to contextual layers, so depth sits one tap deeper.
The navigation follows suit. A flat model turns Home into one decision point that splits into four areas, so any key action stays a single tap away.
The visual system suits real riding conditions. A dark UI cuts eye fatigue and makes the lime accent pop in sunlight, and card-based blocks wall each metric into its own state.
