Saya is a mental health app designed to help users understand and balance their emotions through daily check-ins and accessible tools. Josey Byrnes addressed the challenge of making mental health support feel approachable, positioning the app as a gentle entry point rather than a replacement for professional care.

The visual system centers on calm and reassurance through layered pastel gradients, warm oranges and yellows balanced with deep indigos, and soft, rounded typography. Minimal geometric layouts and friendly illustrations keep interactions intuitive, while consistent components unify onboarding and insights into a cohesive, empathetic experience.
