A video sold on amazing background music should trust the song enough to get out of its way. KATSEYE's "Animal" does exactly that, trading flashy choreography for a noir mood that lets the vocals carry the picture.
The camera stays close and shadow-heavy, holding on the singers so the emotion reads before the movement does. That intimacy suits a track built on full verses, and it gives Lara and Sophia room to land their riffs without the frame cutting away.
The edit moves in smooth cuts rather than hard beat-drops, passing from member to member as the song builds. SSION paced it to follow the music's rise and resolve, so the whole thing plays as one story instead of stitched clips.
