I was billed for service that I never received an invoice for, or an explanation of work performed. The services I received was very impersonal. I never felt like a client or a valued customer.

Be aware. They ask for large retainers and deposits before doing any work. Then the send “past due notices” without sending bills or invoices. They never explain or show the “work” done or “time spent”. Be careful when dealing these folks.
