Unprofessional, Mentally Draining, and Disrespectful Work CultureMy overall experience with this company was extremely toxic. During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation.If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

Exit process is worst moreover company doesn’t respond on your final f&f queries and literally one has to chase to get their full n final payment. Depending upon clients requirement organisation and their leaders push their employees and even salary is deducted if it is not billed as per clients need. Pathetic to be honest. Lala companies are doing better than this in country.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

I worked for Zillion Technologies remotely for almost 3 years as a Technical Recruiter. This is by far the best place I have ever worked. Never in my life have I ever worked ANYWHERE where I was treated like an adult, with respect and dignity, taken seriously for my experience, my efforts, my input, my thoughts and opinions, my suggestions, and my own health and personal life. Once COVID hit, I struggled hard with mental health and being able to keep up with my work, and I fell behind for a long while. But they were more than patient with me and understanding, and offered ways of helping me to not only succeed, but to all around just feel better and mentally be okay.The day the CEO wanted to speak to ME about MY thoughts or suggestions, I felt on top of the world. I felt so seen, heard, listened to, acknowledged, appreciated, RESPECTED. CEO's or higher ups in general are notorious for not taking their lower level employees all too seriously, or remembering they are even human beings at all, and I am more than familiar with this, but Zillion is absolutely nothing like that. Not even once in my time with them.Eventually my mental health and working remotely were not going hand in hand, and I was unable to continue with the company as I was falling behind trying to handle my own crazy life. I only say all this now, a year later after leaving Zillion, because I am sitting at my desk right now at my current place of employment, thinking about how insignificant I feel here, how demeaning my job feels, and how I can't even afford more than rent and food for just one person, and all I can think about is how good I had it with Zillion. I had everything I needed to have the perfect life I always wanted, and it was because of Zillion Technologies. I will never forget this titan of a company who saw me as a human being, and treated me as such. These people are trying to hire people for less than they pay at Wendy's to do work that normally is on average $10 an hour more than what they pay, AND you have to be fluent in Spanish so not only do they grossly under compensate employees, they don't value valuable skills. 12-14 an hour for help desk is disgusting. Try treating employees as people.

I was recruited by this company for a contract role, and that process--although a bit high pressured--went smoothly enough (recruiter was very nice, but demanded answers and a commitment somewhat urgently, with some oddly probing questions). Progressed to the interview stage, and was told I'd hear back later that day or next.But now, a week later, I've been completely ghosted! No update, no follow up whatsoever (despite me leaving a message after several days, requesting one--only to be ignored). Perplexing, but I suspect that the recruiter likely oversold the client's interest and my chances as a candidate (false promise on his part, but lesson learned on mine).At this level of advanced and specialized roles and salaries for which you are recruiting, it's completely unprofessional to not even have the courtesy to follow up and provide a candidate with feedback, either way. Very disrespectful of my time.

I have been in the medical device business for many years and dealt with many recruiting firms. ALKU is absolutely the worst company I have come across. First, you have multiple ALKU employees cold-calling you at the same time, various calls on my cell phone. I must have 20 of those calls in last 6 months and I blocked them all but they seem to generate new numbers all the time. I told ALKU callers that if there were the last company on this earth offering these services, I would dnot use them and to stop calling my number. So now I get calls, like today, where someone just hangs up, very professional and mature, right?. I guess they proved my point!
