One of the things I spoke to Doron about when first meeting him was my desire to understand the overall structure of SEO better and I asked him if he would be willing to A. Start with a baseline of all the metrics of where our website currently was for future comparison and B. To explain to me in layman’s terms what he was doing when we met at the end of every month to discuss the results. He agreed with no hesitation and so far has been a huge help in increasing my understanding of SEO and also with huge results!Our company brand is very important to us and Doron has been very cognizant of that and has consistently tried to match the feel we are looking for in his website design and blogs.Doron and his team have almost tripled my website viewership in the span of six months, brought us to #1 on several search terms and in the top three for several others as well as increasing our google business clicks by over 300% in 5 months! I had a bad experience with the HR Sneha S. Taken all the round of interviews and later told that my profile was kept on hold. In the JD it was given as immediate joiner. Later after one month the same HR post same opening. By seeing this I mailed HR keeping her seniors. The moment itself she called me back and saying that still my profile is on hold. I don't understand the logic. Earlier I was trying to reach out and she was not picking my call. Would have appreciated if she could have told that the profile is rejected. Same as the organization expecting Professionalism from candidate, they too expect transparency from the organization. In most of the organization HR like Sneha S is a curse.

listen up! This old-school interview style is just plain archaic. Seriously, who still tests candidates' memory these days? Wake up and smell the coffee! Technology has evolved light years ahead.
