I had a bad experience with the HR Sneha S. Taken all the round of interviews and later told that my profile was kept on hold. In the JD it was given as immediate joiner. Later after one month the same HR post same opening. By seeing this I mailed HR keeping her seniors. The moment itself she called me back and saying that still my profile is on hold. I don't understand the logic. Earlier I was trying to reach out and she was not picking my call. Would have appreciated if she could have told that the profile is rejected.
