My experience with Xtrem design house and downtown applications was worse. Adam knight, Randoph, Micheal and Dudley drove me crazy. Three projects, one a delivery application, second a bill payment application(not even the alpha version done)and an online academy. $11000, $6000 and $4500. None was done from January 2021 to December 2022. I did not get any money back from them except the files. Adan knight continued to ask for money and gave arguments that the unique developer had his daughter sick. The backend was a mess. I filled claims against them but they never responded to the better business bureau .com. The result is now I am seeing the follow of my application same as someone else application. They were nice until they started wrong things. I am fighting actually to correct these projects. Just be careful with them and dont let them fool you with the nice things. My project PORTER had to be rebranded because even 3 months work Micheal to run the SEO, they agreed to the name PORTER, but there was a company in India with THE PORTER has a trademark. That company sent a note to change the name but Adam knight kept it and gave it to me 2 months later. The painful is the bill payment app. We started the project in December 2021. To November 2022 we were at the alpha version with a payment of $6000 done.

I ordered two Vuzix Blade 2 glasses directly through the Vuzix website and MACE VL filled the order. Unfortunately, the glasses don't work for what we were needing. The Vuzix website says we had 30 days to return the glasses for a full refund, but NO ONE will help with the return. I have been trying to contact Vuzix since 6/20, found the email saying MACE actually sent the glasses and have been trying to contact MACE since 6/27. A sales rep from MACE reached out about other products, I told them I wanted to return the glasses, she put me in touch with technical support, I told them the problems and I have heard NOTHING. I have called multiple numbers for MACE, the one on the return address was for a private number, and the one listed on Google said the subscriber was unavailable. This has been a terrible and frustrating experience.

I will share my experience with Technbrains aka Koder Labs a year out from their service.I hired this company in May 2024 to Develop a two sided market app for my business. They worked off of a feature and product list I created and brought from another developer. They claimed they can complete this within three months and make sure it is scalable and viable for growth.I will say that the team itself was very organized and structured initially, and they had great communication. I had a great relationship with two of the members of their team. I ended my business with coder once they were near completion and I asked for a quote for two final Features that were important for my app, which included a background check API integration, and a stripe payment integration. They quoted me over $10,000 for these two features which I felt was too high. I received much lower quotes when I shopped around with other developers. But this is not even half of the issue.Soon after I found a tech cofounder to join forces with me. The app was not set up correctly in the backend, and we have allowed several developers to check out our servers and backend to which they have all said the same thing. The backend is a mess and some developers refused to even touch it because it was so confusing. My notifications have been wonky since I left them last year. We just found the root of the cause is the way they set up the sqs to 50 minutes Instead of 50 seconds. This has caused an expensive and ongoing issue for the last eight months. In addition to this they name so many folders do not delete. They also used fire base and a WS, which are too conflicting back in servers. The entire set up of my app is unnecessarily complicated. And has been a constant expensive fix for me. there were many features that are hardcoded, which were not necessary. Which means I cannot change very very simple things in the app, especially when they were using flutter flow to develop the app. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It is clear that they purposely made the app to be complicated, so that no other developer would want to touch it and I would end up back with them. To top it off, there were some very, very sloppy mistakes at the end of our business when they knew I would be leaving them due to the expensive quote. It seemed as they were in a hurry to finish off with me, so they made less time to properly ensure the app was in a good standing. On top of all this, when I made them aware of these issues, they would never accept any kind of accountability. If you want a good quality app, I would recommend you spend a little more on something that is worth it. In the end you will end up paying far more For fixing stupid unnecessary mistakes for months or even years after it has been developed.I also want to know that none of the employees are actually stationed here in the US. They are ALL offshore workers.In addition to that, look at all of their reviewers who gave them five stars. They are all fake accounts with only one review, which is just for TechNBrains.

We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately.
