I had the pleasure of working with Richard Hawke and his team in the production of a video for one of our charitable events. As the Director of Marketing & Communications for a non-profit, our budget for videos is limited; however, we want to have the best quality product for the dollars we have. Working with Hawke Commercial Filmmaking was wonderful because they set expectations upfront about what could be achieved within our budget parameters, but the experience of working with the team and the end product surpassed those expectations. Our arts organization interviewed three firms and Studio 22 came out on top because their aesthetic merged that of a high-tech organization and one of an arts organization. They delivered on time and the CEO was attentive and always available either in person or remotely. When we did meet in person, they were very easy to deal with. I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Web sites became my least favorite aspect of marketing because everything became so tedious. Linking up with Ruby Shore was the best decision I could have made. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at. I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. I didn't run into any of the problems that frustrated me in years past using other services, and it didn't take me long before I was humming along to realize my vision. I want a thing.
