At my prior firm, Data-Sleek stabilized our strained MySQL environment and then designed and led our migration to SingleStore. Franck was hands-on throughout as the founder, and the result was a faster, more stable, more scalable data platform. Highly recommend them for database and data-architecture work. I completely trust Franck especially.

Auxilium Consulting had the opportunity to work with Data-Sleek on a complex AI and data initiative, and we were extremely impressed with both their technical capabilities and professionalism throughout the engagement. From the initial discovery phase through implementation, the Data-Sleek team demonstrated a deep understanding of data architecture, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions. They took the time to understand our business objectives, assess our existing data environment, and develop a practical roadmap that balanced immediate business value with long-term scalability. What stood out most was their ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions. Their team successfully helped us improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and identify opportunities to leverage AI for operational efficiency and decision-making. The solutions they delivered were well-documented, thoughtfully designed, and aligned with industry best practices.Communication was excellent throughout the project. Milestones were met on time, challenges were addressed proactively, and the team consistently demonstrated a collaborative approach that made them feel like an extension of our own organization. We would confidently recommend Data-Sleek to any organization seeking expertise in data strategy, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, AI implementation, or process automation. Their combination of technical excellence, business acumen, and client-focused service makes them a valuable partner for organizations looking to maximize the value of their data assets.

They provided clear, practical direction that gave us a strong path forward. Would recommend them to any organization looking for serious data consulting.

Netwoven’s Managed Services have proven invaluable to our Rail Agency for several years. Their excellent support, direction, and attention to detail enhance the Agency’s relatively small IT department by providing a worry-free network and a seamless SharePoint experience. They complete projects on time and on budget and are genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Netwoven’s Managed Services for your business or government agency.

I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided. They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless. My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt. The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most. One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release. What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered. One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software. My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes. After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.

We had been running a large part of our business through spreadsheets and a mix of different tools for years. We've grown past spreadsheets now. SoftDoes built a custom platform around the way our team actually works. That's probably what we appreciated most about working with them.

I would like to share feedback on the work of the specialists from Azati Software. Our teams jointly participated in the development of several different web applications. The projects had tight deadlines. The frontend development team from Azati quickly immersed themselves in the work and completed all assigned tasks within the established timeframe. It is a pleasure to work with a team that has well-developed not only hard but also soft skills. I sincerely look forward to further fruitful cooperation.
