We had a shaky start due to lack of communication and devops issues. This review was initially a 1 star review. STX came back to me and have since worked in ways to help rectify the early issues. I have engaged on one more project with them as a result. If that comes good, this will turn into a 5 star review.

I had a disappointing experience with Drashti Mistry from the HR department. She repeatedly asked the same questions without modification, even after I mentioned not understanding her. It felt like she was blaming me for the confusion, as if she didn't understand English herself. Additionally, her communication seemed limited to English, which could be challenging for non-English speakers.I hope the HR team improves their communication skills and professionalism, as this experience left a negative impression of the organization.

When we first contacted Adaptive to support us with the initial request to set up Google Analytics correctly within our platform, we had little to no understanding of usage of our platform. Their teams approach to working was highly commendable, listening to all requirements providing expertise and guidance throughout, then providing easy to follow guides to implement the changes our end; with rigorous end to end QA testing and auditing, and training. We now are able to see all elements of usage on our platform, which have been fundamental in strategic and tactical directives within the business. I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least.I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions.I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.
