We had a shaky start due to lack of communication and devops issues. This review was initially a 1 star review. STX came back to me and have since worked in ways to help rectify the early issues. I have engaged on one more project with them as a result. If that comes good, this will turn into a 5 star review.

We (hausa.at) are using multiple odoo addons from softhealer and they have also developed already two custom odoo modules for us.Communication is always friendly, precise and uncomplicated. All modules they delivered were developed in time, well tested and worked always out of the box without any further need for feedback/review. I hired Accelirate as a reccommendation from Salesforce. I had run through everything with the Accelirate team and Salesforce together to ensure all my business needs were reviewed and able to be accommidated. Since hiring Accelirate I have incured more cost with Salesforce for digital engagement (in which it could not be incorperated with Ring Central thee way we had anticipated), we have no reports to pull and our tabs, pages, etc do not have all the required fields we needed for our records. I made the decision to hire Accelirate with hopes it would be a smooth "Go Live" with salesforce. We hired Accelirate *working on* three months ago and have not been able to use our salesforce effectively. We were first quoted one price to incorperate all of our needs, once the contract was sent over and reviewed, I had explained we did not need an email campaign and that it was strictly text/calling that my business uses... from there the price of Accelirate's services went up and they needed me to add on another salesforce service. I am extremely disappointed in Accelirate's services they performed for my business.

When we first contacted Adaptive to support us with the initial request to set up Google Analytics correctly within our platform, we had little to no understanding of usage of our platform. Their teams approach to working was highly commendable, listening to all requirements providing expertise and guidance throughout, then providing easy to follow guides to implement the changes our end; with rigorous end to end QA testing and auditing, and training. We now are able to see all elements of usage on our platform, which have been fundamental in strategic and tactical directives within the business. Because of their professionalism and expertise, we have continued to work with them on forecasting models and further analytics capabilities. I would therefore highly recommend Adaptive for any analytics and performance needs.

I had the opportunity to work with Tyler while working on a Tableau project at Kroger. The BI project we were working on included complex dashboards that created headaches from a performance perspective along with server-related issues.With Tyler's vast knowledge of Tableau, we were able to optimize the performance of the dashboards and reduce any redundancy that existed. He was quick to whiteboard a solution, sold it to the tech team of ETL developers, and then sold it to a group of 20 savvy business consultants.It was the first major push for Tableau in Kroger, and we would not have been successful with our deadline if it wasn't for Tyler's solutions and leadership.I cannot thank Tyler enough for his help onsite with Kroger.
