  When we first contacted Adaptive to support us with the initial request to set up Google Analytics correctly within our platform, we had little to no understanding of usage of our platform. Their teams approach to working was highly commendable, listening to all requirements providing expertise and guidance throughout, then providing easy to follow guides to implement the changes our end; with rigorous end to end QA testing and auditing, and training. We now are able to see all elements of usage on our platform, which have been fundamental in strategic and tactical directives within the business.
