I wanted to share my experience with the interview process at ElasticDevs for a Product Manager role. After my resume was shortlisted, I went through an interview and was informed that I had been selected, with the next step being a discussion with the founders. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and attempts to contact HR, I received no communication for an extended period.Eventually, I was informed via WhatsApp that I had not been selected, with the reason being that my experience did not align with what the company was looking for. This was extremely disheartening and confusing, as I was initially told I had been selected. The inconsistency in the communication and decision-making processes reflects poorly on the company's recruitment practices.Moreover, I have noticed that ElasticDevs has been removing my posts related to this experience, seemingly to prevent others from knowing about these issues. This behavior is concerning and suggests an attempt to avoid accountability and transparency. If the company believes it has acted correctly, what prompts you to delete my posts?I strongly urge ElasticDevs to improve their communication and decision-making processes and to address candidate feedback openly.

I contracted this company for a high-value project, expecting professional and timely delivery as per their promises. What I received was nothing short of a disaster.Non-Delivery: Despite repeated assurances and deadlines, not only was the project delayed, but what was eventually sent was incomplete and of such poor quality that it was entirely unusable.Financial Duress: The sum charged for this project was exorbitant, especially considering that nothing of value was delivered. Payments were demanded under threats of halting the project, which now feels like outright extortion.No Source Code: Contrary to what was agreed upon, no source code files were provided, rendering any potential fixes or improvements impossible.Refund Ignored: Upon confronting them about these issues and asking for a refund, I was met with complete silence. My messages have been ignored, forcing me to take legal action.This has been a costly and time-consuming ordeal. I strongly advise against engaging with Sumeru Inc. Their lack of professionalism, poor execution, and complete disregard for their clients' needs are alarming. I am now in the process of taking legal steps to recover my losses.
