Contacted MindSea for a potential project and had an initial 15-min consultation with Alex. When the call started, he did not even introduce himself and the company. Just bluntly asked what I have and want to do. He later provided some basic advice of how to choose app developer like any other vendors would and start bragging how MindSea is different from them. And said he would send us follow up emails for next step within a day where we never received.I called, no answer. I emailed, no answer. Apparently they are not open to all customers.Don't contact them and expect they will want to move forward. Other vendors like Builder.AI and ZAZZ provided better service and clear price/timeline. Leaving one star for the experience.
