Contacted MindSea for a potential project and had an initial 15-min consultation with Alex. When the call started, he did not even introduce himself and the company. Just bluntly asked what I have and want to do. He later provided some basic advice of how to choose app developer like any other vendors would and start bragging how MindSea is different from them. And said he would send us follow up emails for next step within a day where we never received.I called, no answer. I emailed, no answer. Apparently they are not open to all customers.Don't contact them and expect they will want to move forward. Other vendors like Builder.AI and ZAZZ provided better service and clear price/timeline. Leaving one star for the experience.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
