      Results of surveys conducted by this company are not valid and cannot be useful because their methodologies are wildly unethical. I received several requests by mail to participate in a survey being conducted by this company on behalf of OHA. I chose NOT to participate in the survey, which asked personal and confidential questions about mental health history and substance use, because i am a practicing psychotherapist, and I do not make these kinds of disclosures to anyone who is not my doctor.Eventually, several "researchers" (marketers) showed up at my home address to pressure me into responding to their survey, even noticing the "no solicitation, please" sign on my door and commenting "we're not here to sell anything." First of all, anyone door knocking as part of a research study should have a baseline understanding of what the word "solicit" means, which means TO ASK FOR SOMETHING, like for example, responses to a survey. Secondly, no survey in which participants are "selected" and then pressured to make disclosures about their personal and confidential health information at the threshold of their own homes is ethical. if responses were not collected ethically, then i simply do not see how the results of such a survey could be unbiased and informative in any way. As a tax payer whose dollars likely contributed to the hiring of this firm, i'm angry about the waste of money, and also about being harassed at my own home. Furthermore, it upsets me that the results of surveys that have not passed through any formal review process can be published and presented alongside information that has. this is precisely the kind of thing that undermines legitimate and useful research, biasing lawmakers and constituents alike. Ick.

      Our school had 3CX phones but they were never /quite/ right - until we found Jim at Cove Central. (The 4th vendor we tried!) He us to a linux installation (much smaller footprint than windows), then helped us clean out lots of cruft and bad settings from the previous vendors. Their staff is awesome, especially the day they stayed on the line with me as I visited 30+ legacy handsets to do a manual fix that couldn't be automated. Josh is a delight to work with. Jim is great and super reasonable. Best of all, we saved money by having CC manage our phone lines. I'd recommended CC to peers at other schools.

I have a psychological practice in New York with a rather sophisticated clientele. People call, often under stress, or uncomfortable asking for help. How they are responded to on first contact is critical to determining how they will see my practice. I have been so grateful and impressed by US ANSWER. When someone calls, it feels as if he or she are speaking to my personal assistant. They are very well-versed in facts answering questions people may have. They are warm concerned, and caring. They have technology that allows them to put a call through to me directly, so it appears and feels like they are talking to my actual assistant. If I cannot respond, they contact me immediately via text and email.This is an experienced, exquisitely run business, and I could not recommend them more highly.

      US Answer has far exceeded my expectations. The owner is heavily involved in the operations (which is a rare these days). They handle my calls in a friendly and professional manner. Any "hiccups" have always been addressed promptly and handled professionally. Their call takers don't sound like a robot reading a script word for word like most other answering services. Bottom line, if you are a busy entrepreneur, or small business owner looking for a top notch, personable answering service, US Answer will not disappoint!
