As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

Worked with CP for years, but when it became apparent that they were doing little to no work on our account, (we could track when they logged in, what they did, etc.), we ended our services with them in a normal/ professional manner. Their response was to sabotage our account on their way out, turning off and pausing various campaigns and ads. Toxic masculinity at its finest.

Same bad experience as the other reviews elsewhere online (yelp for example). Company took a LOT of money from us to migrate our Magento site. A year later, they couldn't make it work (didn't have the technical expertise to do what they promised) and abandoned the project all together. We had to start all over from zero with a new developer. Would have sued them, but got the feeling based on conversations with the owner that the business is cratering around him anyways. I do not recommend hiring them for any kind of large project whatsoever. If you do, don't pay until it's 100% complete, or you could waste your money and precious time like we did.

I'm not positive this is the same company, but am pretty sure. If I'm not mistaken, Avanade bought Azaleos out, who provided Microsoft Exchange services.I interviewed with Azaleos at one time. Recruiter interview, HR interview, 2 in person hour long interviews, tour of the facilities, follow up call with the tech lead, and an email thanking them. NO CALL BACK, no rejection, nothing. They totally ignored me. DIdn't care. Even my recruiter said Azaleos didn't make any contact.2 years later, Christine Novak the HR manager, reached out and said, "I see you interviewed with us before, we have some job openings, are you interested?" REALLY? You completely blew me off before, and now you want to talk to me again? Eff you.Yes I realize another company has bought them out, and I'm sure most of those people are no longer there, but I looked up Christine Novak's profile, and she is still with them.As a final insult, I went back to Microsoft, and just happened to work with someone who used to work for Azaleos, and he had nothing good to say except he was glad to no longer work there. Horrible company.Maybe you don't care about my experience. That's fine. It was years ago. But I would never work for a company who throws away a candidate after making all those attempts. Horrible, terrible companies. If you like them, then work there.

I’ve read the prior reviews and wondered why my experience with them was so awful. Their actual installation was fine (the office came pre-wired), but after we were hooked up they left us on our own. No instructions on how to operate the phones, and the instruction pamphlet was for a different model. We weren’t getting calls, lines weren’t ported, the voicemails didn’t work, and when out of a week’s frustration I expressed my displeasure at being cut off from the outside world, I “offended” the gentleman I was speaking with. I found them unprofessional, uncaring and condescending. But they certainly can bill well! Certainly not the type of service my clients expect from me and I’d be ashamed as a professional to provide. But maybe that’s just me.

Fantastic service and an incredibly competent IT firm!!!My firm specialized in Tax, Investment and Financial Planning. We never had the time or the inclination to internally develop the expertise to keep our computer network, hardware, and our many software applications up to date and running at maximum efficiency.We started using TruTech IT Solutions and Tim Gregg as our "tech guys" nearly 20 years ago. They respond to our requests for assistance with both our hardware and software issues on a timely basis and quickly resolve any problems that come up. They provide great advice when we need to upgrade either hardware or software.Their fees are very reasonable, especially given the great service and knowledge base they provide to my business.Since we started using TruTech, our systems have never run better! I strongly recommend them.

Tim and the TruTech IT team were recommended to us by another small business, and we couldn't be happier! Our company struggled with another service provider before finding TruTech to manage our small business server, email, data backup and recovery, and other needs related to IT. Our monthly fee is now less than the previous provider, and the team has been very responsive to all our needs. They've even helped us work through some unique email issues that stemmed from government-customer firewalls, and recovered files for me when my computer crashed while I was on vacation. These guys go above and beyond, and their customer service is friendly and easy to work with.I highly recommend TruTech IT as a small business IT service provider, and I only wish I would have found them sooner!

My wife and I used this firm to prepare our taxes one year on a family recommendation and they were a total joke. We had to send back our taxes twice because they couldn't even get our names right the first time, and the second time they didn't get our Social Security Numbers right. Given the fact that we sent them our previous two years of returns with our names and SSNs correctly printed all over the returns, it's astounding that such basic errors happened. Who knows what other errors were on that year's returns... On top of that they charged $500 for a very basic return and basically required us to fill out all the boxes on our forms instead of taking all the forms and preparing the taxes. We had to spoon feed them everything and basically did our taxes ourselves. Suffice it to say we never used them again after that.

EIDE BAILLY CHARGED ME $1,325.00 FOR A STANDARD TAX RETURN!!!I had been using Eide Bailly since I graduated college a few years ago. David Frank was always the guy I dealt with, and it was always expensive, and never impressive. I would have to pay about $600 if I recall for a standard tax return in the past. PLUS I would call with what seemed like a simple question during the year and he would "need to check". After hours passed he would call back with an answer and a bill would sometimes follow for something like $100.In April 2012 David Frank did my taxes as usual, but when the bill came it was for $1,325.00 !!!!!! I was shocked, he said it was because I had got married in 2012 and he "HAD TO CALL" ANOTHER GUY AT ANOTHER EIDE BAILLY IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN TO BE SURE THAT DID NOT REQUIRE SPECIAL CONSIDERATION ON THE TAX RETURN... AND HE BILLED FOR HOURS OF TALK TIME *TIMES* 2 PEOPLE. And the answer was **NO THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE TAX RETURN!!** IT WAS A WASTED CALL!! And they billed my and my new wife $1,325.00!! Do you know how much that is to a couple newly weds!!!I asked David if he felt that was fair, and he said YES!!!

Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help.2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why.3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes...
