I can't say enough great things about the team at CCI. Anyone who works with QuickBooks understands the issues, frustrations with the lack of support from QB's even when you pay out the nose annually for their program. I'm not positive this is the same company, but am pretty sure. If I'm not mistaken, Avanade bought Azaleos out, who provided Microsoft Exchange services.I interviewed with Azaleos at one time. Recruiter interview, HR interview, 2 in person hour long interviews, tour of the facilities, follow up call with the tech lead, and an email thanking them. NO CALL BACK, no rejection, nothing. They totally ignored me. DIdn't care. Even my recruiter said Azaleos didn't make any contact.2 years later, Christine Novak the HR manager, reached out and said, "I see you interviewed with us before, we have some job openings, are you interested?" REALLY? You completely blew me off before, and now you want to talk to me again? Eff you.Yes I realize another company has bought them out, and I'm sure most of those people are no longer there, but I looked up Christine Novak's profile, and she is still with them.As a final insult, I went back to Microsoft, and just happened to work with someone who used to work for Azaleos, and he had nothing good to say except he was glad to no longer work there. Horrible company.Maybe you don't care about my experience. That's fine. It was years ago. But I would never work for a company who throws away a candidate after making all those attempts. Horrible, terrible companies. If you like them, then work there.

I had the pleasure of interning here for five months in the Denver office. While we all were hoping to start in the office, I ended up working from home. However, despite the unforeseen circumstances, those five months have been nothing short of amazing. All the people here are outstanding people to work with. I could not have asked for a better internship experience, especially during a pandemic.They say you really get to know what people are really about by witnessing all the high points of a job, as well as the low points. Well, I am proud to say that everyone in the Kansas City and Denver office were just as respectable, accommodating, and easy to work with, regardless of the situation. I learned a lot from the organization, and I have a better sense of technology, their technical solutions, and the company culture. My wife and I used this firm to prepare our taxes one year on a family recommendation and they were a total joke. We had to send back our taxes twice because they couldn't even get our names right the first time, and the second time they didn't get our Social Security Numbers right. Given the fact that we sent them our previous two years of returns with our names and SSNs correctly printed all over the returns, it's astounding that such basic errors happened. Who knows what other errors were on that year's returns... On top of that they charged $500 for a very basic return and basically required us to fill out all the boxes on our forms instead of taking all the forms and preparing the taxes. We had to spoon feed them everything and basically did our taxes ourselves. Suffice it to say we never used them again after that.

EIDE BAILLY CHARGED ME $1,325.00 FOR A STANDARD TAX RETURN!!!I had been using Eide Bailly since I graduated college a few years ago. David Frank was always the guy I dealt with, and it was always expensive, and never impressive. I would have to pay about $600 if I recall for a standard tax return in the past. PLUS I would call with what seemed like a simple question during the year and he would "need to check". After hours passed he would call back with an answer and a bill would sometimes follow for something like $100.In April 2012 David Frank did my taxes as usual, but when the bill came it was for $1,325.00 !!!!!! I was shocked, he said it was because I had got married in 2012 and he "HAD TO CALL" ANOTHER GUY AT ANOTHER EIDE BAILLY IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN TO BE SURE THAT DID NOT REQUIRE SPECIAL CONSIDERATION ON THE TAX RETURN... AND HE BILLED FOR HOURS OF TALK TIME *TIMES* 2 PEOPLE. And the answer was **NO THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE TAX RETURN!!** IT WAS A WASTED CALL!! And they billed my and my new wife $1,325.00!! Do you know how much that is to a couple newly weds!!!I asked David if he felt that was fair, and he said YES!!!

Hard to list all the things I love about working with BNC Systems, but I'll highlight a few here. They've have been a tremendous resource for us over the past four years...1st - They are SUPER-RESPONSIVE. Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help.2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why.3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... We're simply not going to do that.tldr: HIRE BNC FOR YOUR IT SERVICES - it'll help you sleep easy at night knowing your business is in good hands.
