Five (5) years ago we selected Exigent as our trusted IT partner, and boy are we pleased that we did! CanAm is a small business, and we did not have the proper resources to maintain servers, deploy software upgrades/patches and keep up with evolving technology. Nor did we want to – we wanted to focus on our core business. Exigent worked tirelessly with us over the years to transition our in-house IT environment to cloud services either hosted in their environment or a 3rd party provider such as Microsoft. All this work really paid off when COVID hit – it was a real-life test of our contingency plan. We were able to seamlessly have our users work from home almost instantly. We also have a dedicated CTO (Frank) who is very knowledgeable, always available, and just wonderful to work with.
