Oversight of our databases have always been a challenge. Finding the skillset to properly administer the systems is both difficult to find and high priced for a mid-sized organization. We reached out to Emergent to find out more about their virtual dba services. Their services sounded to be exactly what we needed. That was over 4 years ago. Since then we found Emergent to be a key partner in helping us in administration of our databases. Our systems are highly efficient, highly available and we feel secure knowing they are under the oversight of some amazingly skilled engineers.

I made an early, pre-opening service request call because something suspicious was going on with my computer overnight. The ACOG phone message said that a staff member would call back and that's exactly what happened right at opening time. I was concerned about the specific computer I was working on and whether there might have been any further breech. Jason was great, did a quick diagnosis, took care of the suspicious situation on my computer and went further to check that the network wasn't compromised. Everything was all good to go with no further worries. Very grateful for the quick, kind resolution.

Worse business model ever. Horrible reviews from customers and clients. They hired me to work there and then 2 weeks later said they couldn’t afford me.I’ve experienced the exact same thing as the awful reviews below.No structure to the business, fake spam emails internally, lack of communication etc.Horrible culture. The second day I was sent to a conference, no background of a plan, but basically show up.I did not fill out any paperwork on my first day for any of my benefits which was VERY sketchy and every time I asked, the CEO would change the subject and would never answer my question. At one point, I knew it was a scam when the employee I was working with said, “you aren’t even in the system or on the benefits yet!!!!”Red flags- They put me on payroll AFTER they let me go….Highly DO NOT recommend. They finally actually paid me 2 weeks later for my expenses, pay, and travel. I still have not received information from the company and have reached out to their team for weeks…..

I've had a multi-year contractor on my team hired through Virtelligence and it has been a horrible experience, for the employee and for us. They never answer the phone or return emails, even from their employee, and now we are trying to get him compensated for some Covid sick time, but they still refuse to communicate.

I'm not positive this is the same company, but am pretty sure. If I'm not mistaken, Avanade bought Azaleos out, who provided Microsoft Exchange services.I interviewed with Azaleos at one time. Recruiter interview, HR interview, 2 in person hour long interviews, tour of the facilities, follow up call with the tech lead, and an email thanking them. NO CALL BACK, no rejection, nothing. They totally ignored me. DIdn't care. Even my recruiter said Azaleos didn't make any contact.2 years later, Christine Novak the HR manager, reached out and said, "I see you interviewed with us before, we have some job openings, are you interested?" REALLY? You completely blew me off before, and now you want to talk to me again? Eff you.Yes I realize another company has bought them out, and I'm sure most of those people are no longer there, but I looked up Christine Novak's profile, and she is still with them.As a final insult, I went back to Microsoft, and just happened to work with someone who used to work for Azaleos, and he had nothing good to say except he was glad to no longer work there. Horrible company.Maybe you don't care about my experience. That's fine. It was years ago. But I would never work for a company who throws away a candidate after making all those attempts. Horrible, terrible companies. If you like them, then work there.
